What we need from you in short
The essentials
Can I see the car before I get it?
Yes. Once you've booked, we'll give you a live video walkaround of your car, so you see the exact car you'll drive.
Which licence do I need?
An international or a Thai one. Police checkpoints check paper documents; a photo on your phone is not accepted. The driver must be 21 or older.
What if I scratch the car?
At handover we photograph the car all round together, and the photos stay in your chat. Every car has first-class comprehensive insurance. If anything happens, message us straight away and we'll tell you what to do.
When and how do I get the deposit back?
On the return day, after a check, the same way you paid it. It comes back in full if the car is returned on time and in the same condition.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Roubles, baht, US dollars, euros or Chinese yuan. A prepayment of 15% or more to book; the balance and the deposit when you get the car.
Is there a mileage limit?
No, mileage is unlimited. You can leave Phuket if you tell us first: Krabi, Phang Nga, Khao Lak; other provinces on request.
What do I do after an accident?
Call or message us and don't sign anything until you've spoken to us. We'll help with the police and the insurer and tell you what to do next.
Do I need to wash the car before returning it?
No, washing is free. Only a deep clean is charged, if someone smoked inside or it is very dirty.
What's in the car?
Free: drinking water, beach chairs, a phone holder, a charger, wet wipes and a first-aid kit. A child seat on request, also free.
When can I reach you?
Every day, 8:00 to 21:00 Bangkok time. Messages that come in later are the first we answer in the morning.
